Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site is operated by AI IN CLEAR ("we", "us"), a UK-based AI and automation consultancy for businesses.
Registered company name and number: AI IN CLEAR LTD, company number 16128954.
Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
For any question about this policy or your data, contact robert@ainclear.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. The single point of collection on this site is the audit request form, which asks for:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your company website (optional)
- A free-text message describing your business challenge
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site. No data is collected simply by browsing the site — only if you submit the form.
3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your audit request and correspond with you about our services. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests — responding to a direct enquiry you initiated — and, where we go on to provide services to you, performance of a contract.
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Who we share it with
Form submissions are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the submission on our behalf in order to deliver it to our inbox. Resend is based in the United States; where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on Resend's standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards for that transfer. We don't share your data with anyone else.
5. How long we keep it
We keep audit request submissions and any resulting correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If we don't hear back after an initial exchange, we delete enquiry data within 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email robert@ainclear.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
This site does not currently set any cookies or use any analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before any non-essential cookies are set.
8. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting data from, children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
